Each watch in the collection carries its own remarkable story. Here are four examples from last week.
Watch 01 — Fears - Brunswick 40 EXPERIMENTAL 01

In 2025, adventurer Angus Collins set out on the Great British Odyssey (GBO), an extraordinary and ambitious world record attempt to circumnavigate the entire coastline of mainland Great Britain under human power alone. This immense challenge - testing the very limits of endurance, resilience, and determination - was undertaken to raise vital awareness and funds for James' Place, a pioneering charity that provides life-saving support for men in suicidal crisis.
The expedition was proudly supported by Nicholas Bowman-Scargill, (4th) Managing Director of Fears Watch Company, who worked closely with Angus in preparation for this unique journey. To mark the challenge, Fears developed the EXPERIMENTAL 01, a one-of-a-kind Brunswick 40 that would become both a companion and tool for the voyage. Crafted with the same care, precision, and innovation that characterise every Fears piece, the watch was designed to withstand the physical extremes of the Odyssey while serving as a powerful symbol of perseverance.

Kindly donated by Karim and Matt at Beaucroft Watches, this one-off special edition Seeker 37mm has been hand-built in Great Britain exclusively for The Buying Time Foundation.
Featuring a striking mint-green dial with satin and sunray finishing, this special edition is complemented by gold-tone hands, applied batons and crown, all housed within a beautifully finished stainless steel case.

Watch 04 — Olivier Meylan Black/Rose Gold R96

The Olivier Meylan R96 is a highly sought-after, limited-edition timepiece from the Swiss-heritage, British-based watchmaker Olivier Meylan. The brand is named after the founder's son, Olivier, who was born in 2016, and celebrates generations of familial ties to luxury watchmaking in the Vallee de Joux.
Design: The R96 is renowned for its sleek, elegant aesthetic. It typically features a rich black and rose-gold color scheme, making it a highly versatile piece that effortlessly transitions between formal dress and sports-luxe.
Availability: It is a rare, limited-run release. Because production numbers for this exact reference are very restricted, it has become a collector's item.
