The Brooklands Triple Four Limited Edition has always been a particularly special watch to us. Michael was involved in its design, giving this piece a personal connection that goes back long before the auction.
Now its story continues. Through its sale, we are delighted to award a grant to Purple Heart Wishes, a small charity creating special experiences for young adults living with a terminal illness.
For many of the families they support, the financial pressures of illness mean that a holiday together simply isn’t possible. Purple Heart Wishes gives them something positive to look forward to, a chance to step away from hospital appointments and treatment and simply relax, laugh and enjoy being together.
Each wish gives the family a much-needed break from the realities of illness, creating memories that will stay with them long after they return.
Our grant will help eight families enjoy precious time together away from the demands of illness.
