Meet Simon Jeffs, the founder of Brooklands Watch Company.
The most meaningful watch I’ve ever been involved with is a Triple Four Limited-Edition. Working alongside Sir Terrence Conran on its design was an incredible privilege and a truly memorable experience.
But behind this watch is also a deeply personal story. During its development, my son Michael was dealing with a terminal cancer diagnosis. When Michael could no longer continue his full-time role at Apple, he joined me at Brooklands Watch Company and became closely involved in a Triple Four Limited-Edition project. He passed away in May 2022 at just 28 years of age.
Today, the most important piece we have ever produced is our first production watch - number 1 of only 500 ever made. Brooklands Watch Company is honoured to donate this watch to the Buying Time Foundation in Michael’s memory. Supporting a cause dedicated to giving people more time through research, treatment, and quality time is something I know Michael would have believed in wholeheartedly.
This watch is a tribute to Michael, his spirit, and the lasting impact he continues to have on all of us.
