People who are just starting to figure life out find themselves served the curveball of cancer and life flips on its axis. Trekstock is needed now more than ever. It’s our hope that we’ll be able to reach more young people on the receiving end of the words ‘you have cancer’.

Trekstock have set up a new initiative called the RENEW programme. It is an 8-week, circuit based 1-1 and group programme, which can be accessed both on-line or in person. RENEW is led by Level 4 Cancer Rehab trained instructors. This will enable participants to connect and the benefits will be both physical and mental. Our £1000 will help 10 young people through the RENEW programme.
